Wi-Fi

If you have your own laptop or wireless device there is free wireless internet access in all areas of our hotel.

Business Services

For guest convenience there is access to photocopying, scanning, faxing and printing which can be arranged through reception at 20 cents per page.

Guest Laundry

For guest convenience, there is a self service laundry on level one that is token operated. Tokens may be purchased from reception. To wash or dry a full load is $4.00 and if you need laundry powder, it is available for $1.00.

24 Hour Reception

Our front office reception desk is open 24 hours a day for your convenience. Regardless of what time you arrive, there will always be a friendly face available to greet you. For guest safety our front doors lock at 11pm, however there is a buzzer on the door for guests to contact reception for entry.

Transport

Buses and trains are all locally accessible including the link buses that loop Auckland’s inner city. You will need an AT Hop card to use Auckland public transport. For information on how to obtain and use the card visit www.at.govt.nz. This website can also help you plan your journey around Auckland.

For airport transfers we recommend pre-booking your ride through www.discounttaxis.co.nz or www.supershuttle.co.nz

Skydrive bus also operates airport transfers for a low price, however please note this service departs and stops at Sky City bus terminal only. For more info see www.skydrive.co.nz
